  • Every project is different but a custom brochure site starts around $2500. I quote based on the complexity of the project and the time involved.

  • A standard professional website usually takes 4 - 8 weeks from start to launch. This includes discovery, design, development, and testing.

Some projects may take longer. This depends on how quickly we can collaborate on feedback and content. If you have a large team you will likely need more time to collate feedback and content if everyone is chipping in.

  • Most likely! If your previous website was a DIY project or is getting on in years it’s likely that there are many ways your ranking can be improved with a new site that’s well configured for search engines. Additionally you’ve probably noticed that AI answers are popping up at the top of search results these days. Refreshing your website gives you a chance to rewrite your copy to ensure it’s AI friendly.

However, ranking #1 requires ongoing content and strategy. While I ensure your technical setup is perfect for local Lakeland SEO, long-term ranking depends on how active you are with your marketing after launch.

  • Absolutely! Over 50% of web traffic comes from phones (for local service based businesses the number of mobile users can be significantly higher). I ensure your site looks and performs perfectly on every device—from massive desktop monitors down to the smallest smartphone screens.

  • You own it 100%. Once the final invoice is paid, the website is yours. I don't lock you into any "forever" contracts.

I do offer optional Maintenance Packages if you want me to content updates and SEO monitoring for you—but that is completely up to you.

I will ensure that you are able to make basic edits to the website and content yourself. However, I’m available for an hourly rate if you don’t have the time to maintain the site yourself.

Website designer in Lakeland, Florida

When I think of Lakeland I think of antique shops and stand out architecture. Notably home the largest collection of Frank Lloyd Wright buildings in the world. The city takes it’s name from its many lakes which include Lake Mirror. Fun fact - the city is nicknamed ‘Swan City’ due to the swans that inhabit Lake Morton which are decedents of a pair gifted by Queen Elizabeth.

For a long time Lakeland was viewed as the quiet midpoint between Tampa and Orlando; But if I were to walk around to today and ask any local business owner they would assure me - that narrative is old news. Over the years Lakeland has evolved into an economic powerhouse. Strategically placed along the I-4 Corridor, it has become one of Florida’s fastest-growing business hubs - particularly for logistics, healthcare, and small business innovation. From Dixieland to Downtown Lakeland, storefronts and startups alike are thriving.

You cannot talk about business in Lakeland without mentioning the titans that anchor the local economy. Publix Super Markets, Florida’s largest private employer, has its corporate headquarters here, employing thousands and attracting a diverse ecosystem of vendors and partners to the area.

Beyond retail, the city has become a logistics juggernaut. The area has become a magnet for supply chain innovation - with major distribution centers for Amazon, Saddle Creek Logistics Services, and Rooms To Go opperating. In parallel to that, a boom in the medical device and life sciences sectors is reshaping the city's professional workforce as Lakeland Regional Health expands exponentially.

But enough about big business, let’s delve into what’s happening at the grassroots level. Take a stroll to Downtown Lakeland and you’ll find Catapult, a massive 40,000-sq-ft entrepreneur center and makerspace that has become the envy of other Florida cities.

Catapult is much more than a coworking space, it’s launched hundreds of startups, from gourmet food brands using its commercial kitchen to tech firms using its high-speed fiber. We've seen firsthand how an influx of creative entrepreneurs have transformed downtown into a vibrant mix of historic architecture and modern hustle. It’s filled with coffee shops, digital agencies, and boutique stores.

For a business looking to plant roots, Lakeland offers distinct "micro-economies":

  • Downtown: Where it’s at. A hub of professional services, tech startups, and law firms who want historic prestige in walking distance.

  • Dixieland: Walk south of downtown and you’ll find this historic corridor which offers a funkier, artisan vibe. Ideal for creatives, vintage stores, and niche service providers projecting character over corporate polish.

  • The I-4 Corridor: Here you’ll find the industrial engine. If your business relies on warehousing, manufacturing, or fleet access, this is the place to be.

The Future is Collaborative. Arguably the biggest selling point for Lakeland is its support network.
